📏 Confidentiality

Your privacy is protected and deeply respected. All sessions and records are confidential under federal and state law (including HIPAA). I will not release any information without your written consent unless required by law.

🔧 Telehealth Security

Virtual sessions are held through HIPAA-compliant video platforms to protect your privacy. Please try to attend sessions from a private location and use headphones if possible.

📧 Email & Text Communication

Email and text may be used for scheduling, but are not secure for discussing personal or clinical issues. Please use sessions or phone for sensitive matters.

📌 Limits of Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be legally broken if:

  • You are at risk of harming yourself or others

  • There is suspicion of abuse/neglect of a minor or vulnerable adult

  • I am ordered by a court

💳 Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at time of service unless we’ve made other arrangements. You are responsible for understanding your insurance or out-of-network benefits.

🗓️ Cancellations & No-Shows

Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed sessions without notice may incur a fee. I understand emergencies happen — just reach out when you can.
